For $25 per person, you get your first pint of beer and a 6 pack of the beer made that day when it is ready ( limited to the first 10 people who sign up) .If you want to just come watch and ask questions, our classes cost $10 each person, which includes your first beer. All Classes start at 9 am with mash in and should end around 3 pm. Must be over 21 to attend class.
Advanced classes last about 8 hours or so, Beginner classes last about 3 hours or so.
For all of the classes we will be brewing 25 gallons of beer on the pilot system ( Kelly and Cary’s old homebrew setup).
Schedule:
FULL – March 10th – Marzen – Marzen means “March” in German, this beer is stored from March until September for Oktoberfeat. Cary and Kelly have won many awards for beer.
March 31 – Maibock, Maibock translates to “May Goat”. May, for the month it is released in Germany, Goat for what kicks you to the ground after you drink too many of them. Come learn how to make this beer that Cary has won many awards for.
